Why Can't I Find the Release I Bought?

If a release you paid for is missing from your library, here is the cause and the one-minute fix.

If you paid for a release and your library looks empty, your purchase is almost certainly fine. In the overwhelming majority of cases this is a sign-in mismatch, and it takes about a minute to sort out.

Why this happens

On EVEN, each sign-in method is its own separate account. Signing in with your email, your phone number, Google or Apple creates four different accounts, not four ways into one.

Your purchase is tied to whichever method you used at checkout. If you bought with your email and later signed in with your phone number, you are looking at a different account, and that account has an empty library. Nothing was lost and nothing was charged twice.

How to fix it

  1. Find your receipt email. It confirms the exact email address or phone number the purchase is attached to.

  2. Sign out of EVEN completely.

  3. Sign back in using that exact email address or phone number. Choose the same option you used at checkout.

  4. Open your library. Your release will be there.

If you checked out before you had an EVEN account, signing in with the email you used at checkout will claim the purchase automatically. There is no separate step for this.

If it is still missing

Message us and include the receipt email, or forward it to [email protected]. We can find the purchase and move it onto whichever account you want to keep using.

Accounts cannot currently be merged, so if your purchases have ended up split across two accounts, tell us which one you want to keep and we will consolidate everything onto it.

Related situations

"It is asking me to pay again." Same cause. You are signed in to an account that does not hold the purchase. Follow the steps above rather than buying it a second time.

"The release page says the campaign has ended." When a release campaign closes, the page stops accepting new buyers, but everything you already bought stays in your library permanently. If you cannot see it, it is the sign-in mismatch above.

"My account looks empty and my profile picture is gone." This is the same issue presenting differently. You are signed in to a second account that was created the first time you used a different sign-in method.
