EVEN's Refund Policy

When you can get a refund on EVEN, what applies to pre-orders, digital releases and physical items, and how to request one.

Most refund questions have a straightforward answer, and in a lot of cases the answer is yes. What applies depends on what you bought.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before release day, for any reason. This applies no matter how long ago you placed the order, which matters most on vinyl, where pressing timelines move.

Digital releases

Digital releases are final once the release is available in your library. Access and any downloads are delivered to you immediately, which is why this one works differently from a physical order.

If a release is not showing in your library, that is usually a sign-in mismatch rather than a failed purchase, and it is fixable. Start with Why Can't I Find the Release I Bought? before requesting a refund.

Physical items

If a physical item arrives damaged, arrives wrong, or never arrives, we will make it right.

Message us within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the end of the estimated delivery window if it never showed up. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo, if the item is damaged

We coordinate the replacement or refund with the artist's fulfillment team from there.

Charged in error or charged twice

Contact us and we will fix it. You do not need to do anything else first.

How to request a refund

  1. Message us from any page on EVEN, or email [email protected].

  2. Include the email address or phone number you used at checkout. This is the fastest way for us to find the order.

  3. Include your order number if you have it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
