Open the release in your library and look for the download option.
Why some releases have no download button
Downloads are set per release by the artist. Some releases are streaming access only, and that is the artist's choice for that release rather than an error or something missing from your account.
Where downloads are enabled, you can re-download at any time from your library. You do not get one attempt.
If your download will not open or play
Album downloads usually arrive as a ZIP file.
On a computer, double-click the file to unzip it.
On a phone, tap the file and it will extract.
The audio files inside are standard, DRM-free files that play in any music app.
If a file will not play, or tracks are missing from the folder, delete it and download again from your library. If it is still broken after that, message us and tell us which release it is and which device you are using.
Listening offline
Streaming from your library works anywhere you have signal. Where the artist has enabled downloads, your files work offline in any player you like, and the EVEN app supports listening on the go, including in the car.
What you can do with the music
Your purchase is for personal listening. Stream it, download it where that is enabled, and keep it for as long as you like.
It does not include the right to use the music in YouTube videos, podcasts, ads, or anything public or monetised. That needs a sync licence from the artist or their label. The release's community chat is often the fastest way to ask.
