Before you buy, what you are hearing is a preview. After you buy, a locked track is almost always intentional rather than broken.
On a pre-order, the artist may include a few tracks you can play right away while the rest stay locked until release day. Bonus tracks unlock when you buy.
If you have bought the release and a track still will not play after release day, that is not expected. Sign out and back in using the email or phone number you bought with, and message us if it is still locked after that.
What audio quality can I expect?
Releases stream in high quality, and where the artist has enabled downloads, the files you get are high quality as delivered by the artist.
Quality can vary a little from release to release, because artists upload their own masters rather than EVEN processing everything to a single fixed standard.
