Real emails from EVEN come from an @even.biz address.
Here is what EVEN will never do:
Ask for a password. There are no passwords on EVEN.
Ask for your sign-in code. Codes are for you to enter, never to share.
Ask for your banking details by email or DM.
Contact you about claiming money through a link.
If you are an artist, payout changes only ever happen inside your Stripe dashboard. Nobody from EVEN will ask you to change payout details anywhere else.
If something feels off, do not click anything in the message. Forward it to [email protected] and we will confirm whether it came from us.
