Payouts on EVEN run through Stripe, and in most countries that is all you need. If Stripe does not operate where you are, there are other routes, and you can still sell and get paid.

For a number of African countries that Stripe does not support, EVEN pays out through Startbutton.

For other countries, we have alternative options depending on where you are.

Either way, the step is the same: email [email protected], tell us which country you are based in, and we will set you up with the right route.

Do this before your release goes live if you can. Sales will still be recorded either way, but sorting the payout route out early means your money moves as soon as it is earned rather than waiting.

This comes up when the country on your Stripe account does not match where you actually are, and the field cannot be changed from your side.

Email [email protected] and tell us where you are based. We can create a correctly configured Stripe account for your country.

Same answer. The country is set when the Stripe account is created and is not editable afterwards, so this needs a new account rather than an edit. Tell us where you are and we will handle it.

Do not create a second EVEN account to work around a payout problem. It splits your money across two profiles and makes the problem considerably harder to unpick. Write to us instead and we will sort the original account out.

Allow 48 hours. Once a payout leaves EVEN, banks typically post it within 24 to 48 hours.

If it is still missing after that, send us the payout date and the amount and we will trace it with Stripe.
